A memorial service for Pat Duffield will be held on June 22, 2014 at the Smithtown, NY Masonic Temple starting at 1pm. The Masonic Temple is at 34 River Road in Smithtown, NY 11787.
Light refreshments will be served after the service. Chris Wright, acting as a representative of her church, will be the leader of the service.
